Somebody’s gonna say it, so let me be the first.
Raw’s audience and demo ratings rebounded on May 3 averaged 1.872 million viewers across its three hours, a 5.5% over last week. The show won the night for USA in among 18 – 49 year olds, where the average .53 rating was up a little more than 8% from April 26’s number.
Here’s the hourly breakdown for total viewership and the coveted rating in the 18 to 49 year old demographic, courtesy of ShowbuzzDaily:
- Hour one: 1.891 million viewers / 0.54 demo rating
- Hour two: 1.979 million viewers / 0.57 demo rating
- Hour three: 1.746 million viewers / 0.47 demo rating
Realistically, this is right around where the show’s been for the past month since WrestleMania 37. There’s little reason to think next week’s WrestleMania Backlash go home will lead to big swings in either direction.
But for now, anyone who wants to credit a certain former redhead, be my guest.
