That’s worthy of some praise. The Women’s Revolution is about to turn six years old and it has been a rather great ride for women’s wrestling. WWE women’s wrestling has moved forward and jumped up several levels. What used to be little more than something added onto the card for the sake of filling out the show has become a huge part of the company. However, things are still not all the way better.

According to Fightful Select, Natalya pushed for more women to appear on the WrestleMania 37 card. The main addition was the Tag Team Turmoil match, which took place on the first night of WrestleMania, with the winners moving on to challenge for the Women’s Tag Team Titles on night two. Natalya and Tamina would go on to win the Tag Team Turmoil match, though it was part of a much bigger addition.

This allowed ten more women to be featured on the show in addition to the four Women’s Champions and previously announced challengers. The Tag Team Turmoil match included Tamina, Natalya, Billie Kay, Carmella, Lana, Naomi, Mandy Rose, Dana Brooke and the Riott Squad. There is no word on what would have been done with the women otherwise, though a battle royal had been rumored.

They got on the show. Check out what made WrestleMania:
