In short, WrestleMania is the biggest wrestling show of the year. It is (usually at least) held in a huge stadium with tens of thousands of people in attendance and some of the most important and highest profile matches in the world. That usually means that the show is going to be longer than most, but the show being split in two is going to change that. It turns out WWE has made a bit of an adjustment for the sake of saving some time.
According to Wrestling Observer Radio, the Kickoff Show for both nights of WrestleMania 37 will be cut down from the usual two hours to just one. This year’s Kickoff Show will begin at 7pm EST, meaning that each night of WrestleMania will begin at 8pm EST. The Kickoff Show consists of interviews and recaps to set up the WrestleMania card, while also usually featuring at least one match. However, there is a chance that there will not be a match on the first night as WWE may want to save the first shot with fans for the show itself.
