Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what’s going on in pro wrestling – The Smark’s Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.

Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.

We also have the outcome of last week’s voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.

Remember, the Standings are for the previous week’s nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows – the Mar. 15 episodes of Monday Night Raw & AEW Dark: Elevation, Tuesday’s Impact & AEW Dark, MLW Fusion, NXT & Dynamite from Weds., Mar. 17, NJPW Strong, SmackDown & 205 Live on Friday, NXT UK, ROH TV, New Japan’s New Japan Cup shows, and any other televised or internet streaming wrestling released from Mar. 14 – 20, 2021.

Make YOUR mark, smarks!

Chris, you may want to talk to your therapist about why your relationships with your proteges seem to always end up like this…

I mean, it works out great for us, but seems like a bummer for you, ya know?

  • It was a very AEW Top 10. Which isn’t that surprising, considering their Revolution PPV started the voting period. But, like Max’s reveal, I think the reason several of their representatives made the cut was their performances on the fallout Dynamite. That’s certainly the case for the PTSD-suffering Mad King, and probably helped the TNT champ land here ahead of his Street Fight tag partner.
  • Before those guys, though, the NXT champ landed in second with a successfully Wednesday title defense. Then the AEW World champ and his last & next challengers filled out the Top Five.
  • The rising joshi star who stole the show in the AEW Women’s Championship Eliminator finished just ahead of the AEW Women’s Champion.
  • Our boy DB took out both the guys who are supposed to main event WrestleMania, and that’s gotta be good for at least one Standings point.
